Bookings

A booking is confirmed when payment (or an agreed deposit) is accepted and you receive a confirmation reference. Quotes are not bookings until accepted and paid according to the issued quote.

Passenger responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, destination, passenger and luggage details
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time
• Ensure child seats are requested in advance when required

Pricing

Prices shown during booking include the components listed in your summary. Tolls, waiting time, extra stops or route changes may adjust the final fare when disclosed before confirmation or as per extras selected.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service where safety, legal or behavioural concerns arise. Damage or excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.
